About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Medical Records Clerk to join our team at Ste Pharmacy Inc. As a Medical Records Clerk, you will play a critical role in maintaining the accuracy and integrity of patient records.

Key Responsibilities
  • Type and Proofread Correspondence: Ensure that all correspondence, forms, and documents are accurately typed and proofread to maintain the highest level of quality.
  • Work on Reports: Compile and analyze data from manual or electronic files, inventories, and databases to provide valuable insights to our team.
  • Process and Verify Documents: Sort, process, and verify applications, receipts, and other documents to ensure accuracy and compliance.
  • Manage Mail and Messages: Process incoming and outgoing mail manually or electronically, and send and receive messages in a timely and professional manner.
  • Prepare and Format Documents: Prepare and format page presentations, compile data, statistics, and other information to support our team's efforts.
  • Provide Client Support: Offer general information to clients and the public, and provide exceptional customer service to maintain a positive reputation.
  • Perform Data Entry: Accurately enter data into our systems to ensure seamless communication and record-keeping.
  • File and Retrieve Documents: Label, file, and retrieve documents in a timely and efficient manner to maintain a well-organized filing system.
  • Organize Office Work: Assist in organizing and scheduling office work to ensure a smooth and efficient workflow.
  • Manage Financial Data: Store, update, and retrieve financial data to support our team's financial management.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate is required.
  • Experience: Experience is an asset, but not required.
  • Language: Fluency in English is required.
  • Availability: Availability for shift or on-call work is a plus.
