Key Responsibilities- Food Service Management: Supervise and coordinate the activities of food service staff, including food preparation, portioning, and presentation.
- Inventory Management: Requisition food and kitchen supplies, estimate ingredient and supply requirements, and maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage.
- Quality Control: Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards, address customer complaints, and maintain a clean and safe working environment.
- Reporting and Record-Keeping: Prepare and submit reports, maintain accurate records, and provide feedback to staff.
- Team Leadership: Supervise food service counter attendants and food preparers, provide guidance and support, and promote a positive and inclusive work environment.
- Education: College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in food service management or a related field.
- Language: English.
- Work Hours: 30 to 48 hours per week.
