CRT Construction Inc. is a dynamic and prosperous company seeking a skilled Procurement Specialist to join our team. As a key player in our organization, you will be responsible for ensuring the availability of products and materials necessary for our operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategically select merchandise that meets the company's needs;
  • Develop and maintain business relationships;
  • Collaborate closely with various stakeholders within the company, including purchasing, transportation, receiving, and shipping;
  • Manage a team of workers;
  • Review various requests and verify their accuracy;
  • Negotiate to obtain the best prices, discounts, and/or payment terms from various resources;
  • Prepare purchase orders;
  • Monitor pending orders and unavailable items with suppliers;
  • Track inventory of materials across our various sites;
  • Keep the equipment rental register up-to-date on construction sites.

Your Skills and Talents That Will Allow You to Thrive:

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in procurement (construction sector an asset);
  • Excellent teamwork skills;
  • Strategic thinking, initiative, results-oriented;
  • Experience in implementing and/or managing procurement processes;
  • Motivational leadership and business acumen;
  • Excellent negotiation and communication skills;
  • High level of proficiency in computer technology;
  • Experience in logistics and transportation (asset);
  • High level of proficiency in English (oral).
