The Opportunity

As a summer intern in our investment banking division, you will have the opportunity to work on real-world projects and develop your skills in financial modeling, financial statement analysis, and project finance. You will be part of a close-knit team and will have the chance to work closely with senior partners and industry leaders. Upon successful completion of the internship, you will have the opportunity to be invited back to join Agentis Capital in a full-time position.

Your Role

As a member of our advisory team, you will be responsible for participating in the execution of equity and debt offerings, mergers and acquisitions, public-private partnerships, and principal investments. You will assist in the development of complex financial models for infrastructure transactions, including the use of macros and VBA programming. You will also assist in the management of due diligence processes, including managing third-party advisors. Additionally, you will develop asset valuations using a variety of approaches, prepare client presentations, and participate in discussions.

Requirements

To be considered for this role, you must have an undergraduate degree in accounting, finance, commerce, business, statistics or other related fields. You must be entering your penultimate year of study and have exceptional academic results (minimum cGPA of 80% or 3.7/4.0). You must also have a proven interest in investment banking through extracurriculars, internships, or competitions. You must be able to concisely communicate complex concepts and ideas verbally and in writing, and be able to take initiative and work independently with minimal supervision.
