Job Summary:

We are seeking a qualified Dietitian or Nutritionist to join our team at the Hôpital Honoré-Mercier in Saint-Hyacinthe. As a Dietitian or Nutritionist in Geriatrics, you will be responsible for evaluating the nutritional status of patients, developing and implementing nutrition plans, and collaborating with the multidisciplinary team.

Responsibilities:
  • Evaluate the nutritional status of patients and develop personalized nutrition plans
  • Collaborate with the multidisciplinary team to provide comprehensive care
  • Participate in clinical teaching and education
  • Contribute to the development of nutrition policies and procedures
Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Dietetics or Nutrition
  • Membership in the Ordre professionnel des diététistes du Québec
  • Experience in geriatric care an asset
