Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  1. Pick, pack, and dispatch online orders with high-quality standards and accuracy.
  2. Ensure strict adherence to safety and food hygiene standards to maintain a clean and hygienic work area.
  3. Provide excellent customer service by interacting with customers, resolving issues, and offering support.
  4. Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to suggest changes and improve operational procedures, productivity standards, and customer satisfaction.
  5. Work collaboratively with the team to meet daily delivery schedules and customer requests.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to have:

  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accuracy.
  • Basic math skills and ability to handle cash and operate a cash register.
  • Ability to lift up to 25 kg and stand for long periods.
Preferred Qualifications

While not required, having the following qualifications will be an asset:

  • Previous experience in customer service or retail.
  • Basic knowledge of inventory management and order fulfillment processes.
  • Ability to work in a team environment and adapt to changing priorities.
