About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Vice President of Asset Management to join our team at Stonewood Group Inc.

The successful candidate will be responsible for leading our asset management function, ensuring the effective management of our assets and resources to drive business growth and profitability.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement asset management strategies to optimize asset utilization and minimize costs
  • Lead a team of asset management professionals to ensure effective asset management practices
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with business objectives
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, suppliers, and partners
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards
Requirements
  • 10+ years of experience in asset management or a related field
  • Proven track record of success in leading asset management teams and driving business growth
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and make informed decisions
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
