About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Bookkeeping Specialist to join our team at Toor Labour Contracting Ltd.

Key Responsibilities
  • Financial Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records, including accounts payable and accounts receivable.
  • Accounting and Bookkeeping: Prepare and reconcile financial statements, including balance sheets and income statements.
  • Payroll Administration: Calculate and prepare cheques for payroll, ensuring timely and accurate payment to employees.
  • Financial Reporting: Prepare and analyze financial reports, including trial balance and general ledger.
  • Account Reconciliation: Reconcile accounts to ensure accuracy and completeness.
Requirements
  • Education: College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years.
  • Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in bookkeeping or accounting.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Hours: 35 hours per week.
