Key Responsibilities- Staff Management: Supervise and assign duties to team members, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations.
- Business Development: Determine merchandise and services to be sold, implement pricing and credit policies, and develop marketing strategies to drive sales growth.
- Operations: Plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily operations, ensuring efficiency and productivity.
- Recruitment and Training: Recruit, hire, and supervise staff and/or volunteers, providing training and development opportunities to enhance their skills and performance.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a similar role.
- Language: Fluency in English.
- Work Hours: 40 hours per week.
