About the Job

We are seeking a part-time contracted Digital Marketing Manager to contribute to the overall organizational marketing efforts, as well as execute marketing campaigns on behalf of our clients. The ideal candidate will have experience with strategic digital marketing and be responsible for all paid advertising, email marketing, social media marketing, and content marketing across various platforms.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Digital Advertising: Develop and execute strategic digital advertising campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram), Twitter Ads, and LinkedIn Ads.
  • Manage campaign budgets, bidding strategies, and ad placements to optimize ROI and achieve brand goals.
  • Craft compelling ad copy and creatives that resonate with target audiences and drive conversions.
  • Utilize basic graphic design skills to create engaging visuals for ad campaigns.
  • Analyze campaign performance using data analytics tools and generate comprehensive reports with actionable insights.
  • Stay up-to-date on the latest digital advertising trends and best practices, implementing innovative tactics to maximize campaign effectiveness.
  • Email Marketing: Plan, design, and execute email marketing campaigns to engage, nurture, and convert leads and customers.
  • Segment email lists based on user behavior, preferences, and demographics to ensure targeted messaging.
  • Write and design email templates that are optimized for both desktop and mobile devices.
  • Conduct A/B testing to optimize email subject lines, content, and call-to-actions.
  • Monitor email campaign performance metrics (open rates, click-through rates, conversions) and refine strategies to improve results.
  • Social Media Management: Develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy to increase brand awareness and engagement across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, X, LinkedIn, and others.
  • Create, schedule, and publish content that aligns with brand voice and resonates with the target audience.
  • Engage with the online community by responding to comments, messages, and mentions in a timely and professional manner.
  • Collaborate with influencers and brand advocates to amplify brand reach and credibility.
  • Track and analyze social media performance metrics, adjusting strategies to improve engagement and growth.
  • Content Marketing: Collaborate with the content team to develop and distribute high-quality content across digital channels (blogs, videos, infographics, etc.).
  • Optimize content for SEO to increase organic search visibility and traffic.
  • Promote content through paid and organic channels to drive traffic and conversions.
  • SEO and SEM: Implement and manage SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings and website visibility.
  • Conduct keyword research and optimize website content and landing pages for search engines.
  • Collaborate with web developers to ensure website is optimized for search engine performance.
  • Analytics and Reporting: Utilize tools such as Google Analytics, Google Data Studio, and social media analytics to track campaign performance.
  • Generate comprehensive reports on key metrics, campaign performance, and ROI.
  • Provide actionable insights and recommendations based on data analysis to continuously improve digital marketing efforts.
  • Collaboration and Communication: Work closely with internal teams (marketing, sales, product) to develop cohesive marketing strategies and align digital efforts with overall business objectives.
  • Communicate campaign performance, insights, and recommendations to stakeholders regularly.
  • Participate in regular marketing meetings to share updates, brainstorm ideas, and plan upcoming initiatives.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • 2-5+ years of experience in digital marketing, with a focus on digital advertising, email marketing, and social media management.
  • Proven experience managing campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, Twitter Ads, and LinkedIn Ads.
  • Proficiency in digital marketing tools such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Business Manager, and email marketing platforms such as Hubspot.
  • Strong understanding of SEO and SEM principles.
  • Basic graphic design skills; experience with tools like Adobe Creative Suite or Canva is a plus.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
