Role Overview:

The C# .NET Software Engineer plays a crucial role in:

  • Designing and enhancing software architecture, design, and code while providing guidance and mentorship to fellow developers at Adlib.
Key Responsibilities:

The C# .NET Software Engineer will:

  • Collaborate closely with the Product Owner and other developers to develop and validate product requirements, transforming them into optimal software solutions.
  • Support the Scrum team throughout the development and testing phases, offering insights on design, methodologies, and techniques.
  • Review the Scrum team's outputs to ensure alignment with architectural standards and best practices.
  • Mentor and coach fellow developers through various training sessions, including whiteboarding, pair programming, and code reviews, while promoting best practices in software architecture and design.
  • Investigate and assess new technologies, architectural paradigms, and technical tools, creating prototypes and proof of concepts (PoCs) as needed.
Qualifications:

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related discipline.
  • Proficiency in .NET development.
  • Experience with Azure app services, databases, containerization, events, and queues.
  • In-depth knowledge of C#, ASP.NET, .NET Core, Entity Framework, and dependency injection frameworks.
  • Strong working knowledge of SQL Server.
  • A focused, creative, industrious, and passionate approach to work.
