Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Logistics Coordinator to join our team at Twice the Deal Pizza. As a key member of our operations team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth delivery of goods to our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Schedule Distribution of Goods: Coordinate the timely and efficient delivery of products to our customers.
  • Assemble Containers and Crates: Ensure that all packaging materials are properly assembled and prepared for shipping.
  • Inspect and Verify Incoming Goods: Conduct thorough inspections of incoming goods to ensure they meet our quality standards.
  • Maintain Internal Record-Keeping System: Accurately record and track all inventory movements and transactions.
  • Record Shortages and Reject Damaged Goods: Identify and document any discrepancies or damage to goods received.
  • Route Goods to Appropriate Storage Areas: Ensure that all goods are properly stored and organized in our warehouse.
  • Pack Goods to be Shipped: Prepare goods for shipment by properly packaging and labeling them.
  • Unpack Goods Received: Unpack and inspect all incoming goods to ensure they are in good condition.
  • Affix Identifying Information and Shipping Instructions on Shipments: Accurately label and document all shipments.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a related field.
  • Language: Fluency in English.
  • Work Hours: 30 hours per week.
