Position Overview

Key Responsibilities
  • Operate Cash Register: Accurately handle cash transactions and maintain the cash register.
  • Scan Items: Ensure all products are scanned correctly for pricing.
  • Tabulate Payments: Calculate total payments for goods or services rendered.
  • Receive Payments: Process payments through various methods including cash, credit, and debit.
  • Reconcile Sales: Verify daily or shift payments received against total sales.
  • Suggestive Selling: Promote additional products to enhance customer experience.
  • Maintain Store Appearance: Stock shelves and keep the checkout area clean and organized.
  • Customer Interaction: Greet customers warmly and assist them with their inquiries.
  • Packaging: Wrap or bag merchandise for customers.
  • Customer Service: Provide assistance and resolve any customer issues.
  • Promotional Activities: Participate in store promotions and events.
Security and Safety

Must be bondable to ensure the security of transactions.

Transportation Information

Personal transportation is required for commuting to work.
