Key Responsibilities:

  • Administer first aid and care according to personalized care plans.
  • Observe and assess students' health and behavior during transport.
  • Record nursing actions and communicate findings to supervisors.
  • Ensure the safety of students and equipment throughout the journey.
  • Report any health-related concerns of students to supervisors.

Required Qualifications:

  • Completion of an accredited LPN program with registration from CLPNA.
  • Experience in continuing care, especially with children with disabilities.
  • Current Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification.
  • Possession of a valid Alberta Driver's license and access to a vehicle.
