About the Role

We are seeking a reliable and physically capable individual to join our team at Rocky Top Farm as an Egg Grading Station Labourer. This is a permanent position with a competitive salary and benefits package.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain accurate financial and production records
  • Ensure quality control and production standards are met
  • Provide excellent customer service and take orders
  • Package and deliver products to customers
  • Work independently and as part of a team
Work Environment

The successful candidate will work in a rural area with a combination of hay farming and livestock farming. Staff accommodation is available on site.

Requirements
  • No degree, certificate, or diploma required
  • Valid driver's licence
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent oral communication skills
  • Organized and reliable
