Occupational Therapist

Join Inverary Manor as an Occupational Therapist and contribute to the well-being of our residents. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will work closely with our residents to develop and implement personalized rehabilitation plans.
Responsibilities:- Assess and evaluate residents' physical and cognitive abilities to identify areas for improvement.
- Develop and implement individualized rehabilitation plans to promote independence and functional ability.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care and support.
- Provide education and training to residents and their families on various aspects of rehabilitation and wellness.
- Conduct regular progress assessments and adjust treatment plans as needed.
- Bachelor's degree in Occupational Therapy or equivalent experience.
- Valid driver's licence and own transportation.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Client-focused and organized with a strong attention to detail.
