About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Construction Supervisor to join our team at Hillhouse Construction Ltd. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our residential construction projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Project Management: Coordinate and schedule activities to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
  • Team Supervision: Supervise and train workers to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to complete tasks efficiently.
  • Quality Control: Inspect work in progress and completed projects to ensure they meet our high standards.
  • Health and Safety: Ensure that all health and safety regulations are followed and that a safe working environment is maintained.
  • Communication: Communicate effectively with clients, architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure that projects are delivered on time and to the required standard.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Hours: 35 hours per week.
