Key Responsibilities- Assist Skilled Tradespeople: Work closely with our skilled tradespeople to complete construction tasks, including loading and unloading materials, erecting scaffolding, and assisting with framing and demolition work.
- Load and Unload Materials: Load and unload construction materials, including lumber, drywall, and other building materials.
- Erect Scaffolding: Assist in the erection of scaffolding, ramps, and other temporary structures.
- Assist with Framing and Demolition: Assist skilled tradespeople with framing, including erecting walls and building roofs, and assist with demolition work, including removing rubble and debris.
- Perform Physical Labour: Perform physically demanding tasks, including lifting, bending, and carrying heavy loads.
As a Construction Labourer and Helper, you will work in a fast-paced construction environment, often outdoors and in varying weather conditions. You will be required to work at heights, lift heavy loads, and perform other physically demanding tasks.
Requirements- Physical Ability: Must be physically fit and able to perform physically demanding tasks.
- Attention to Detail: Must be able to work accurately and pay attention to detail.
