Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled and charismatic Brewery Tour Actor to join our team. As a Brewery Tour Actor, you will be responsible for bringing the story of Alexander Keith's Brewery to life, showcasing our rich history and brewing expertise to our guests.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and deliver engaging presentations to large crowds, highlighting the history and craftsmanship of our brewery.
- Utilize your musical talents to create an immersive experience for our guests, incorporating singing and/or playing an instrument.
- Work collaboratively with our team to ensure seamless execution of brewery tours and events.
- Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring a warm and welcoming experience for all guests.
- Meet the physical demands of the role, including lifting up to 40 lbs.
Requirements
- Confident public speaking and presentation skills.
- Musical ability, with experience in singing and/or playing an instrument.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work a variety of shifts, including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Fluency in English.
- Background in tourism, service and hospitality, or theatre is an asset.
