Job Title: Food Service Supervisor

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Food Service Supervisor to join our team at Rocky Mountain Restaurants Inc. o/a Tim Hortons. As a Food Service Supervisor, you will be responsible for leading a team of food service staff and ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and high-quality food.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and supervise a team of food service staff to ensure that they are meeting our high standards of quality and service.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Monitor and control food costs, labor costs, and inventory levels to ensure that we are operating efficiently and effectively.
  • Ensure that all food safety and sanitation procedures are followed at all times.
  • Train and develop staff to ensure that they have the skills and knowledge needed to perform their jobs effectively.
  • Communicate effectively with customers, staff, and management to ensure that we are meeting our goals and objectives.
Requirements:
  • 1-2 years of experience in a food service supervisory role.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and make decisions quickly.
  • Knowledge of food safety and sanitation procedures.
  • Ability to train and develop staff.
