Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop comprehensive test plans for engineering projects, ensuring thorough evaluation of system performance and functionality.
  • Conduct rigorous testing utilizing advanced flight simulator techniques, including calibration and integration of visual systems.
  • Utilize cutting-edge computer tools for testing and analysis, providing actionable insights to project teams.
  • Deliver detailed test results and recommendations to stakeholders, driving informed decision-making and process improvements.
  • Collaborate closely with software developers, test pilots, and customers to ensure seamless integration and effective communication.
  • Ensure simulator qualification and compliance with regulatory requirements, maintaining the highest standards of quality and safety.
  • Provide expert guidance to improve development processes, leveraging knowledge and experience to drive innovation and efficiency.
  • Offer exceptional customer support for training equipment, delivering prompt and effective solutions to meet customer needs.
  • Perform diagnostics, cold starts, and basic debug, troubleshooting complex issues and resolving technical challenges.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field.
  • Minimum of three years relevant experience in aviation or a related field.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Experience in aviation or flight simulator environments is highly desirable.
