Position Overview

Key Responsibilities
  • Interact with customers to understand their preferences and respond to their needs with friendly communication.
  • Prepare a variety of food and beverages according to established recipes or customized orders, ensuring quality and consistency.
  • Adhere to operational standards and policies, including cash handling, safety, and hygiene protocols.
  • Maintain a reliable attendance record and punctuality in your shifts.
  • Be available to work flexible hours, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Qualifications
  • Minimum of 1 year experience in the food service industry, ideally as a barista.
  • Previous experience with Starbucks or similar establishments is advantageous.
  • Possess strong interpersonal skills and enjoy engaging with customers.
  • Work collaboratively as part of a team and value teamwork.
  • Demonstrate an understanding of exceptional customer service.
  • Willingness to learn new skills, particularly in beverage preparation.
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace.
  • Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as required.

This position may involve physical activities such as lifting, bending, and extended periods of standing. Uniforms and Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) may be required.
