  • Contributes to branch or team objectives by identifying opportunities to enhance profitability and client loyalty.
  • Recognizes gaps, challenges, and best practices by monitoring sales and service performance against established benchmarks.
  • Supports the formulation and execution of business strategies and planning initiatives.
  • Conducts client sales and service activities in accordance with regulatory standards.
  • Maintains the confidentiality of client and organizational information.
  • Complies with internal risk management policies and industry regulations.
  • May focus on specific business groups.
  • Innovates and proposes new solutions to enhance service delivery.
  • Exhibits sound judgment in identifying, diagnosing, and resolving issues within established guidelines.

Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 5 years of relevant experience or certification in a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Familiarity with the Canadian Securities Course and Conduct and Practices Handbook.
  • Registered as a Registered Representative (RR).
  • Meets the mandatory IIROC Continuing Education Program requirements.
  • WME must be completed within 30 months of obtaining RR License.
  • Possesses specialized knowledge through education and/or professional experience.
  • Strong collaboration and teamwork skills.
  • Advanced analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Effective influencing skills.

Compensation: The base salary for this position is competitive and may include performance-based incentives and bonuses.
