We are seeking a talented and motivated Business Analyst with a focus on the finance sector. In this role, you will play a crucial part in bridging the gap between business requirements and technological solutions. The ideal candidate will be instrumental in evaluating financial data, identifying trends, and providing insights that support strategic decision-making within the organization.

This position also includes responsibilities related to the management of UKG (Ultimate Kronos Group), requiring a strong background in HR and workforce management systems.

The Business Analyst will report directly to the Vice President of Enterprise Applications & PMO.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Engage with stakeholders to understand business goals and requirements, converting these into detailed business, functional, and technical specifications.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to oversee project implementations, development, quality assurance, testing, project planning, and post-implementation evaluations to ensure successful delivery and stakeholder satisfaction.
  • Examine financial data and metrics to uncover trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
  • Develop and manage financial models, forecasts, and reports to support strategic planning and decision-making processes.
  • Conduct research and analysis on the potential impact of proposed initiatives.
  • Serve as an expert in HRIS systems, managing configurations, troubleshooting issues, and providing user training and support.
  • Facilitate integration projects related to HRIS system migrations following mergers.
  • Assist internal clients with operational and strategic projects.
  • Stay informed about industry best practices, emerging technologies, and regulatory changes, sharing insights with the team.

Required Skills and Experience:

  • Experience in ERP Digital Transformation initiatives.
  • Knowledge of General Ledger, Sub-Ledgers, Chart of Accounts, Transits, Business Units, and Legal Entities.
  • Proficient in analyzing data and file interface specifications.
  • Expertise in Reconciliation processes and rule definitions.
  • Experience with finance systems across multiple locations and regions.
  • Background in supporting HRIS and payroll systems.
  • Familiarity with BAAN LN, Infor ERPs, UKG, and OneStream is a plus.
  • Ensure HR data integrity, conduct audits, and maintain accurate data across systems.
  • Develop standardized processes, dashboards, and reports.
  • Ability to excel in a fast-paced environment with diverse stakeholders.
  • A university degree is required.
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience as a Business System Analyst in the finance industry.
  • Experience in HRIS with an understanding of integration within the HR system platform.
