We are seeking a skilled Greenhouse Labourer to join our team at GA Home and Garden Centre Ltd. as a key member of our greenhouse operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Greenhouse Maintenance: Ensure the greenhouse is clean and well-maintained, including tasks such as cleaning, pruning, and fertilizing plants.
  • Plant Care: Water, tend to, and monitor the health of plants, including seedlings, cuttings, and established plants.
  • Soil Preparation: Mix and prepare soils for planting, including potting and re-potting plants.
  • Equipment Operation: Assist in the operation and maintenance of greenhouse equipment, including forklifts.
  • Task Management: Prioritize and manage tasks to ensure efficient use of time and resources.
Requirements
  • Education: No degree, certificate, or diploma required.
  • Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a related field.
  • Physical Demands: Ability to stand for extended periods, handle heavy loads, and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Language: English language proficiency.
Working Conditions
