Electrician Foreperson

We are seeking an experienced Electrician Foreperson to join our maintenance team at the CNRL Horizon site. The successful candidate will be responsible for planning and organizing daily project completion, supervising employees, and overseeing work performed.

• Assist with project planning and organization to support production plans.
• Supervise and organize tasks assigned to employees and oversee work performed.
• Read and interpret client and company supplied drawings and specifications.
• Expert conduit skills.
• Expert circuitry planning and installations.
• Expert control systems planning and installation.
• Proficient multi-meter, Meggar, Phase Rotation meter and AMP-Meter usage.
• Proficiency in ARC Flash awareness.

• Valid Journeyperson certification as an Electrician Journeyperson.
• Minimum 2 Years Leadership experience.
• Commitment to safety protocols and adherence to industry regulations.
• Physical aptitude to perform tasks that may require lifting, bending, and working at heights.

• This role requires a satisfactory criminal record check due to access to nuclear substances.
• Satisfactory completion of a Pre-Access Drug and Alcohol Test.
• Common Safety Orientation (CSO) or CSTS-09.
• Energy Safety Canada Certified Confined Space Entry & Monitor.
• Energy Safety Canada Certified Fall Arrest and/or Fall Protection.
• Aerial Work Platform.
• Basic Rigging.
• Valid Government Issued Identification.
