Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and dedicated individual to join our team as a Case Assistant in the Government of Saskatchewan. As a Case Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting the delivery of social services to vulnerable populations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide case management services to clients, including assessment, planning, and coordination of services.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with community partners, service providers, and other stakeholders to ensure effective service delivery.
  • Conduct home visits and other site visits to assess client needs and provide support.
  • Collaborate with other professionals, such as social workers, counselors, and healthcare providers, to ensure comprehensive service delivery.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client interactions and service delivery.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; post-secondary education in a related field an asset.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in a related field, such as social services, case management, or community development.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse populations.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong commitment to customer service.
