Job Summary

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Home Health Care Professional to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing personalized care and support to our clients, including assistance with daily living activities, medication administration, and household tasks.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist clients with bathing, dressing, and personal hygiene
  • Administer medications and provide nursing care
  • Prepare and serve nutritious meals
  • Provide companionship and social support
  • Assist with light housekeeping and cleaning duties
  • Perform other tasks as required to support client care
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience in healthcare or a related field (an asset)
  • Certifications in CPR, First Aid, and Tracheostomy care training
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
