Role Summary
As a Lead Business Systems Analyst specializing in Oracle ERP for Supply Chain, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing and optimizing ERP solutions tailored to supply chain operations. Your expertise will guide the development and implementation of innovative solutions that align with business objectives.
Key Responsibilities- Oversee and enhance ERP solutions related to Supply Chain management.
- Demonstrate proficiency in Oracle Cloud modules, focusing on Supply Chain, Procurement, and Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business requirements.
- Ensure the quality and completeness of IT documentation and artifacts.
- Facilitate project solution discussions, including Joint Application Development (JAD) sessions, and document Technical Specifications and High-Level Designs.
- Manage scope and requirements trade-offs with application teams and business sponsors.
- Coordinate efforts across technology teams to deliver cohesive IT solutions.
- Assist the Solution Architect in defining the overall approach in collaboration with technology stakeholders.
- Support the Project Manager throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring alignment and progress.
- Work with Enterprise Architecture and procurement teams to establish vendor expectations.
- Collaborate with project management and application teams to create and manage governance artifacts.
- Manage change requests effectively, ensuring all modifications are documented and communicated.
- Negotiate code drop timelines in conjunction with business delivery requirements.
- Assist testing teams with test planning and defect management.
- Engage with third-party technology vendors to ensure their solutions meet business needs.
- Coordinate with other Technology Solution Delivery groups to ensure seamless project execution and application support.
- Lead team efforts to resolve complex challenges and escalate issues to executive levels as necessary.
- Promote a culture of quality, innovation, and effective communication regarding issues and opportunities. Mentor team members in delivery and risk management.
- Possess a BS/BA Degree in Computer Science, Business, or a related field, or equivalent experience as determined by management.
- Bring over 5 years of experience as a business systems analyst.
- Have at least 3 years of hands-on experience with Oracle Cloud ERP, specifically in Supply Chain, Procurement, and WMS.
- Exhibit a strong background in designing business processes and systems solutions.
- Demonstrate experience in developing and executing comprehensive test plans.
- Show capability in planning and coordinating activities effectively.
