Our team comprises seasoned professionals, including technology entrepreneurs, financial experts, and former CRA auditors, all focused on maximizing tax credit returns across various sectors.

Job Overview: We are on the lookout for a skilled SR&ED Analyst to become part of our dynamic team. The successful candidate will collaborate with clients to document and prepare SR&ED claims effectively. A robust background in science, technology, or engineering, coupled with exceptional analytical and communication abilities, is essential.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Research for SR&ED Claims: Identify and document qualifying R&D activities and associated expenditures.
  • Technical Documentation: Gather and structure technical and financial evidence pertinent to SR&ED projects. Create comprehensive project descriptions that substantiate eligibility for SR&ED tax incentives.
  • Regulatory Compliance: Ensure all claims adhere to SR&ED program standards and CRA regulations. Remain informed about updates to SR&ED guidelines and industry best practices.
  • Process Enhancement: Evaluate existing business processes and pinpoint potential areas for improvement.
  • Collaborative Engagement: Act as a liaison among various business units and key stakeholders to guarantee precise and thorough documentation of R&D activities.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Science, Engineering, or a related discipline. A Master's degree is advantageous.
  • 3+ years of relevant professional experience in a technical domain.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of effective correspondence both internally and externally.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and adhere to tight deadlines.
  • Proficiency in analyzing and documenting scientific or technological advancements.
