We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Store Manager to join our team at Bell. As a Store Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of staff and overseeing the daily operations of our store.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Leadership and Team Management: Manage and motivate a team of staff to achieve sales targets and provide excellent customer service.
  • Market Research and Analysis: Conduct market research and analyze trends to determine consumer demand and competitor activity.
  • Operational Planning: Plan, organize, and direct daily operations to ensure efficient use of resources and maximum sales potential.
  • Staffing and Recruitment: Determine staffing requirements and recruit, hire, and supervise staff as needed.
  • Customer Service: Resolve customer complaints and provide excellent customer service to ensure customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a retail management role.
