Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Planning: Spearhead and coordinate the strategic planning process, including annual and long-term organizational planning. Refine our strategic planning methodology to incorporate best practices and data-driven insights. Collaborate with the executive team to integrate new strategic elements into planning processes.
  • Strategy Execution & Monitoring: Oversee the annual planning process, ensuring the development of scorecards for strategic initiatives. Establish ongoing processes to maintain alignment and communication across the organization.
  • Strategic Initiatives: Assess and prioritize business cases for strategic initiatives, leading the development of partnership opportunities and new business models. Coordinate regular reviews of strategic initiatives to ensure progress and identify risks.
  • Corporate Development: Collaborate with the executive team to articulate Flipp's M&A strategy, ensuring alignment with long-term goals. Monitor the external landscape for potential acquisition targets and maintain relationships with investment professionals.
  • Team Leadership: Provide mentorship and coaching to the strategy team, fostering a culture of high performance and collaboration. Support the team's growth and ensure cross-functional engagement.

Qualifications:

  • 8-10 years of experience in driving strategic initiatives.
  • Experience in global strategy or consulting preferred.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships across all organizational levels.
  • Proven ability to communicate complex ideas effectively to executive leadership.
  • Demonstrated success in influencing an organization's strategic priorities.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Experience aligning diverse stakeholders towards strategic objectives.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
