Key Responsibilities- Store Performance: Ensure the store achieves company objectives and key performance indicators (KPIs) by directing and leading the team to achieve sales and profit goals.
- Leadership and Team Management: Provide store leadership by balancing company policies, procedures, shrink/loss prevention, payroll, reporting, and scheduling.
- Merchandise and Store Experience: Implement merchandise strategies while maintaining a clean, consistent, and inviting store environment that inspires customers to shop.
- Coaching and Development: Coach, mentor, and provide on-the-spot feedback to team members to enhance their skills and performance.
- Communication: Maintain an effective and open line of communication with the Store Manager and District Manager.
- Leadership Experience: At least 6 months of leadership and/or supervisory experience in a customer experience-based environment.
- Team Mobilization: Experience mobilizing a team towards a common goal.
- Education: High School graduate or GED equivalent.
- Adaptability: Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while committed to creating an amazing customer experience.
- Availability: Ability to work evenings and weekends.
- Competitive Compensation: Hiring rate of $18.70 (rate may be greater based on relevant experience).
