* Provide daily follow-up with customers and respond to all internal/external customer inquiries.
* Identify opportunities for future growth within the current portfolio.
* Collaborate with team members, managers, customers, branch managers, and account managers to achieve sales goals.
* Ensure accurate quotes and orders, communicating with the internal team as needed.
* Prepare quotations for jobs, offering pricing, delivery, and availability of stock and non-stock items.
* Promote products and services to customers, providing substitutions and/or solutions as required.
* Process customer orders to completion in accordance with company policies and procedures.
* Stay up-to-date with product and industry knowledge through internal and external sources.
Requirements:
* Previous customer service experience is preferred.
* Knowledge of industrial and/or safety products is preferred.
* Proficient computer skills (Excel, Outlook) and aptitude required.
* Possession of a valid driver's license and a reliable vehicle.
