  • Clear and clean tables, trays, and chairs, maintaining a tidy and welcoming atmosphere.
  • Load buspans and trays, preparing for food service.
  • Operate dishwashers to wash dishes, glassware, and flatware, adhering to health and safety standards.
  • Place dishes in storage areas, maintaining a clean and organized kitchen.
  • Sanitize and wash dishes and other items by hand, ensuring a high level of cleanliness.
  • Scour pots and pans, removing food residue and stains.
  • Stock refrigerators and salad bars, ensuring a well-stocked and organized kitchen.
  • Use manual and electrical appliances to clean, peel, slice, and trim foodstuffs, following proper food safety procedures.
  • Clean and sanitize the kitchen, including work surfaces, cupboards, storage areas, appliances, and equipment.
