Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Food and Beverage Server to join our team at Kickers Sports Bar & Grill. As a key member of our service staff, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, ensuring a positive dining experience for our patrons, and maintaining a clean and welcoming environment.

Responsibilities
  • Address customer complaints or concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Present bills to customers and process payments in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Describe menu items, including daily specials, to customers and make recommendations based on their preferences.
  • Assist with clearing and cleaning tables, trays, and chairs to maintain a clean and organized dining area.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Work collaboratively with kitchen and bar staff to ensure seamless service and efficient food and beverage delivery.
  • Assist with special requests and needs of customers, such as dietary restrictions or special occasions.
Requirements
  • Will train on the job.
  • Permanent employment opportunity.
  • English language proficiency.
  • 35 hours per week.
