Our company, St-Hubert, includes our restaurant and retail divisions, as well as our head office in Boisbriand.

We have over 120 restaurants, primarily franchised in Quebec, Ontario, and New Brunswick. We implement eco-friendly initiatives, such as composting, a carbon-neutral delivery fleet, and electric vehicle charging stations.

Our call center receives over 2 million requests each year.

We also excel in the market for fresh, dehydrated, and frozen product manufacturing and transformation through our acquisitions of Meilleures Marques and Maître Saladier (St-Hubert Détail). We have two manufacturing facilities in Boisbriand and Blainville, as well as a new distribution center in Mascouche, covering over 100,000 square feet.

We distribute over 500 products to our restaurants and 3,000 retail locations across Canada.
