Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to maximize sell-through of TTI products
  • Collaborate with internal teams to share best practices and support overall business objectives
  • Monitor inventory levels and work with key decision makers to ensure optimal product availability
  • Strengthen and maintain positive relationships with customers, management, and retail partners
  • Participate in the Leadership Development Program and implement acquired skills to deliver results
  • Initiate and provide in-store product training sessions, events, and demonstrations
  • Develop primary knowledge of the marketplace to effectively analyze market potential and communicate competitor market data

Requirements

  • Legally entitled to work full-time in Canada and able to travel to the United States
  • Valid full provincial driver's license and clean driving abstract required
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent
  • Work experience in retail sales, field sales, or customer service
  • Capable of lifting and transporting heavy objects (up to 50 pounds)
  • Capable of reaching and/or lifting overhead, in addition to ascending and descending ladders to move product
  • Self-motivated and a team player with strong organizational, planning, and time management skills
