We are seeking a skilled Parts Technician to join our team at Joe Johnson Equipment Innisfil. As a key member of our parts department, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and parts knowledge to our internal and external customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide accurate and timely parts information to customers
  • Search and retrieve parts using computer systems and standard catalogues
  • Mark materials with identifying information to communicate parts allocations to service work orders
  • Complete inventory, work orders, POs, receipts of goods entry, and put stock away
  • Participate in required inventory cycle counts and provide backup support to other parts department employees as needed

Requirements:

  • Valid driver's license with a clean driver's abstract
  • Forklift license or willingness to obtain
  • 1-2 years' experience in a heavy equipment, construction, or automotive parts and/or service environment preferred
  • Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office and ERP/Inventory Management systems
  • Mechanical aptitude or previous exposure to heavy equipment parts
