AB Complex Inc. is seeking a skilled Cleaning Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our facilities management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the cleaning operations of our facilities, ensuring a safe and healthy environment for our employees and visitors.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Hire, train, and supervise cleaning staff to ensure high-quality service delivery.
  • Coordinate and oversee daily cleaning activities, including scheduling and task assignments.
  • Inspect facilities to ensure compliance with safety and cleanliness standards.
  • Prepare and manage budgets for cleaning supplies and services.
  • Recommend additional services, such as painting or repairs, to maintain facilities.
  • Assist cleaning staff with tasks as needed.
  • Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless operations.
  • Establish and manage work schedules.
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience in cleaning or facilities management an asset.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Physical demands include standing, walking, and lifting.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Initiative and judgment to make decisions.
