As a Cyber Security Architect within our Technology - Infrastructure division, you will play a crucial role in fortifying our defenses against cyber threats. Your expertise will be essential in investigating potential threats, formulating robust policies, and enhancing our infrastructure to safeguard MNP's operations and reputation.

Key Responsibilities
- Design, evaluate, and implement security measures to counteract identified risks and vulnerabilities.
- Collaborate with Security Architects, Cyber Intelligence teams, and IT departments to identify and address gaps in technical security, enhancing overall security practices and standards.
- Conduct comprehensive Information Security risk assessments and engage in incident response efforts, providing remediation recommendations as necessary.
- Ensure compliance with the organization's security governance protocols to support a sustainable security strategy and effective risk management.
- Participate in threat modeling for services and applications, assessing risks and data sensitivity to inform security measures.
- Enhance the security posture by aligning with international standards and adopting industry best practices.
- Continuously monitor and analyze current and emerging security threats.
- Identify security architecture capabilities and design patterns to effectively mitigate potential threats.
- Collaborate closely with application teams to integrate security controls into the software development lifecycle.
- Develop and maintain key performance indicators, metrics, and dashboards for cyber security controls across the organization.
Required Skills and Experience
- A minimum of 7 years of experience in cyber security, including at least 3 years in security architecture.
- Relevant certifications such as CISM, CISSP, or CCSP.
- In-depth understanding of cyber security trends and technologies, particularly within the telecommunications sector.
- Expertise in Identity and Access Management, including secure configurations and best practices.
- Proven experience in Enterprise Security Architecture or Risk Management within large organizations.
- Experience transitioning from traditional technology solutions to cloud-based and partner-led solutions.
- Proficient in security risk analysis and familiar with NIST controls.
- Strong knowledge of Azure cloud security assessment and architecture.
- Familiarity with programming languages such as Python and PowerShell is considered an asset.
- Ability to thrive in a dynamic environment and make informed decisions independently.
