We are looking for dedicated school bus operators in Montreal, Canada, to ensure the safe transit of students between school and home. This role demands individuals who are committed to safety and exceptional customer service, with a genuine concern for the well-being of children, as the relationships built in this profession are what make it truly fulfilling.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Safely transport students to and from educational institutions following a set route throughout the academic year
  • Conduct daily vehicle safety inspections (Safety Check)
  • Engage in clear communication and interact courteously and professionally with parents, school staff, passengers, colleagues, and the community
  • Provide transportation for charter passengers as required
  • Facilitate training sessions
  • Perform other related duties as assigned
REQUIREMENTS:
  • Proficient communication skills in French
  • High school diploma (mandatory)
  • Successful completion of a medical examination as mandated by the ministry, along with a criminal background check and other reference verifications
  • 6 to 24 months of experience operating heavy vehicles is essential
  • Willingness to study and pass examinations in Quebec to secure a Class 2 license
  • Minimum age of 21 years
