Position Overview

As a Financial Record Keeper at AVS RESTAURANTS LTD, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the financial integrity of our operations. Your expertise in bookkeeping will ensure that our financial records are accurate and up-to-date.

Educational Requirements
  • Completion of a secondary (high) school graduation certificate is required.
Key Responsibilities
  • Calculate and manage fixed assets and their depreciation.
  • Maintain comprehensive financial records and balance various accounts through both manual and computerized bookkeeping systems.
  • Oversee general ledgers and prepare financial statements.
  • Post journal entries accurately and in a timely manner.
  • Generate statistical, financial, and accounting reports as needed.
  • Prepare trial balances for financial reviews.
  • Reconcile accounts to ensure accuracy.
