As a pivotal member of the retail leadership team, the Team Supervisor is responsible for ensuring exceptional service to community members while guiding Team Members to achieve the same goal. This role supports the Store Manager and Assistant Store Manager in various operational and leadership tasks.
By cultivating an atmosphere that embodies the company's values and service principles, the Team Supervisor effectively merges operational efficiency with a focus on people, enhancing the retail experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Foster an environment of outstanding community member service, showcasing our remarkable products and promoting wellness through the in-store experience.
- Drive business performance and meet essential KPIs, including revenue growth, customer engagement metrics, and loyalty program expansion.
- Ensure Team Members possess the necessary product knowledge to provide informed recommendations to community members.
- Maintain visual merchandising standards and identify opportunities to enhance the in-store presentation.
- Adopt a proactive approach to business development through community engagement initiatives.
