Job Title: Lead Technology Specialist, Internal Audit

About the Role:

This is a challenging and rewarding opportunity to lead complex IT and Operational Technology (OT) audit engagements for AltaGas. As a Lead Technology Specialist, Internal Audit, you will be responsible for performing rigorous research and planning audit areas, documenting and executing audit procedures, and communicating engagement status to IA leadership and management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and perform audits engagements related to IT and OT.
  • Perform quality control reviews of audit engagements.
  • Develop and maintain productive client and staff relationships through individual contacts and group meetings.
  • Represent Internal Audit on organizational project teams, at management meetings, and with external organizations.
  • Identify and evaluate the organization's operational risk areas and provide input to the development of the annual audit plan.

Requirements:

  • 7+ years of full-time IT audit assurance and/or advisory audit experience, with at least 2+ years spent leading engagements.
  • Certification such as a CISA, and strong experience in managing, leading and conducting IT and OT audit engagements.
  • Extensive knowledge of COBIT and NIST frameworks, and operational and management information systems terminology, concepts, and practices.
  • Ability to work independently with limited direction in completing assignments, and to travel up to 20% (domestic and internationally to US).
