Restaurant Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused Restaurant Operations Manager to join our team at Soul Restaurants Canada Inc. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our fast food restaurant, maintaining high standards of customer service, and leading a team of dedicated staff.
Key Responsibilities- Inventory Management: Organize and maintain inventory levels to minimize waste and ensure efficient stock management.
- Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, addressing complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
- Team Leadership: Lead and motivate a team of staff to achieve high standards of customer service and operational efficiency.
- Health and Safety: Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, maintaining a safe and clean working environment.
- Financial Management: Manage financial resources effectively, ensuring accurate record-keeping and budgeting.
- Education: College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 3 months to less than 1 year.
- Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a fast-paced environment.
