- Make recommendations regarding personnel actions.
- Order materials, equipment, and supplies as needed.
- Provide leadership and instruction to team members.
- Oversee a team of 3-4 individuals, specifically painters and decorators.
- Willingness to travel for project needs.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Overtime may be required based on project demands.
- Must be organized and reliable.
- Strong team player with excellent interpersonal skills.
- 1 to 2 years of relevant experience is preferred.
- This is a permanent position.
- Work language: English.
- Expected working hours: 30 to 40 hours per week.
