As a Speech Language Pathologist at Monarch House, you will play a vital role in delivering specialized services to clients facing Autism Spectrum Disorders and various developmental challenges. Collaborating with a multidisciplinary team of professionals, you will guide your clients toward achieving their therapeutic objectives. Our dedication to excellence extends beyond our service delivery; we aim to empower you to enhance lives and attain remarkable outcomes through your expertise.

Employment Types: Opportunities for full-time and part-time positions are available.

Work Schedule: Enjoy flexibility with options for partial remote work (e.g., 4 days/week, 3 days/week, or a standard 5-day work week), including some evening hours as needed (until 7 PM).

Compensation: Annual salary ranging from $72,500.00 to $102,000.00.

Daily Responsibilities:
  • Conduct assessments, interventions, and treatment planning for clients with Autism Spectrum Disorders and other developmental disabilities.
  • Utilize a broad spectrum of Speech Pathology techniques to maintain, enhance, or develop oral motor and communicative abilities.
  • Exhibit strong interpersonal skills and thrive in a collaborative, interdisciplinary team setting.
  • Establish a robust network by ensuring effective communication with various stakeholders, including clients, families/caregivers, community organizations, and service providers.
Qualifications for Success:
  • Graduation from an accredited School of Speech Language Pathology in Alberta (ACSLPA).
  • Active membership in good standing with the regulatory body for Audiologists and Speech-Language Pathologists in Alberta.
  • A passion for your profession and a commitment to ongoing professional growth.
  • New graduates are encouraged to apply; mentorship opportunities are available.
  • Legal authorization to work in Canada is required.
