Food Service Manager

Yogesh Hospitality Ltd is seeking a skilled Food Service Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our hospitality team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest level of service and quality in our food service operations.
Key Responsibilities:- Leadership and Supervision: Supervise and co-ordinate activities of staff who prepare and portion food, train staff in job duties, sanitation and safety procedures, and ensure that food and service meet quality control standards.
- Operations Management: Establish methods to meet work schedules, estimate ingredient and supplies required for meal preparation, and maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage.
- Customer Service: Address customers' complaints or concerns and ensure that food and service meet quality control standards.
- Reporting and Administration: Prepare and submit reports, and maintain accurate records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Work Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a food service environment.
- Work Setting: Restaurant.
- Security and Safety: Basic security clearance.
- Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities: Fast-paced environment, work under pressure, tight deadlines, and combination of sitting, standing, and walking.
- Personal Suitability: Client focus, excellent oral communication, flexibility, and team player.
English.
Work Hours:40 hours per week.
