Job Title: IT Systems Manager

Rubinza Inc. is seeking a highly skilled IT Systems Manager to join our team. As a key member of our IT department, you will be responsible for overseeing the planning, implementation, and maintenance of our information systems.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assign IT projects to systems analysts, programmers, and other computer technicians to ensure timely completion and high-quality results.
  • Plan and organize daily operations to maximize efficiency and productivity.
  • Establish and implement policies and procedures for information systems to ensure compliance and security.
  • Authorize the development of specifications for products or services to meet business needs.
  • Meet with clients to discuss system requirements, specifications, costs, and timelines to ensure alignment with business objectives.
Requirements:
  • Computer programming skills, including proficiency in programming languages and software.
  • Experience with data processing and systems, including database management.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines and high pressure.
